Terms of Use

Muztereo for iOS · Effective 13 October 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

These Terms are an agreement between you and Krystsina Chukhlei, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, Bolesława Prusa 24, 80-447 Gdańsk, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5842832850 ("we", "us"), the operator of the Muztereo iOS app (the "App"). Contact: support@muztereo.com.

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Who may use the App

You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and to any purchase you make. The App is not intended for children below these ages.

3. What the App does

Muztereo lets you record your voice over a beat, tunes the voice to the notes of the beat, adds vocal effects and lets you save and share the result as audio or video. All processing happens on your device. Some features (for example stacking several vocal tracks, all voice effects, importing your own beats and exporting without a watermark) require a paid subscription ("Pro").

4. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms. Except where mandatory law allows it, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, sell or redistribute the App or any part of it (including the beats, sound presets, images and videos inside it), or use it to build a competing product. The App and its content remain our property or that of our licensors.

5. Your recordings and songs

You own your recordings and the songs you make with the App. We claim no rights to them. Because everything is processed on your device, we never receive them unless you choose to send them to us (for example for support), in which case you allow us to use them only to help you.

You are responsible for your songs: for the lyrics, for any voice other than your own that appears in them, and for where you publish them. Don't record people without their permission.

6. Beats included in the App

The App comes with a catalogue of instrumental beats that we produced and have the right to provide to you. For as long as you use the App we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

You may not:

Beats are not exclusive: other users get the same beats, so other songs on the same beat exist and may appear online. We may add, change or remove beats from the App at any time; songs you already made are not affected.

AI-generated music. Our beats are produced with AI music tools. We review them before release, but we cannot guarantee that a beat is protected by copyright in every country or that no part of it resembles existing music. We provide the beats "as is" and make no promise that your use of a song will be free from third-party claims. If you plan to release a song commercially (for example on streaming services), consider that risk and, if in doubt, use your own instrumental.

7. Music you import

You may import your own beats and pick cover pictures. You confirm that you own them or have all rights needed to use them in the App and in the songs you make. Imported files stay on your device and are never uploaded to us. You alone are responsible for any claim that arises from imported content.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the App to break the law or to make content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, infringing, or that impersonates a real person (including imitating someone's voice to deceive). Don't interfere with the App's operation, bypass its paywall or watermark, or automate purchases or trials.

9. Subscriptions and payments

Plans. Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (currently weekly or yearly) through Apple's App Store. Prices are shown in the App before purchase in your local currency and may differ by country.

Free trial. Some plans start with a free trial. The trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. One trial per Apple ID.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple ID account within 24 hours before renewal.

Cancelling. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. Apple is the merchant, so refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules: reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves. If you live in the EU/EEA or UK, your statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days is exercised through Apple; by subscribing you ask for immediate access to Pro and acknowledge that, once access is given, the right of withdrawal is lost.

Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price applies.

Restore. If you reinstall the App or change phones, use Settings → Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.

10. Changes to the App and the Terms

We keep improving the App and may change or remove features, beats and presets. We may change these Terms; the new version applies from the date at the top of this page and will be shown in the App or on this page. If a change materially reduces what your paid subscription gives you, you may cancel and ask Apple for a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Sections 5–7 and 12–15 survive termination.

12. Warranty

We provide the App with reasonable care and skill. Beyond what the law requires, the App and its content are provided "as is": we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tuning and effects will give any particular artistic result. Back up songs that matter to you; a lost phone means lost songs, as we hold no copies.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding digital content and services.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law: we are liable without limit for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, and where liability cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the App in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or claims arising from content you imported or published, or from third-party services you share to. If you are a consumer, this section applies only as far as the law of your country allows; your statutory rights are not limited.

14. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content, for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it (including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims), and for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US embargo or on any US restricted-party list, and that you will comply with the App Store Terms and any third-party terms that apply when you share content.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country. We will try to solve any problem by email first. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not currently participate in out-of-court dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body, except where the law requires it.

16. Other

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. If a part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor operator of the App; you may not transfer yours. Feedback and ideas you send us may be used freely without obligation to you.
